Cooking classes 3rd bimester

Hi people,

Our cooking class was in this last week, and it was great!
Look at our recipes!

COOKIES

2 cups  all-purpose flour

1 cup of butter

1/2 cup of white sugar

1 cup of brown sugar

1 whole egg

1 egg yolk

1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup of chopped sweet chocolate

1/4 rolled oats

Directions:

Mix all dry ingredients, except the backing powder. Add butter and eggs and mix it. Then add the salt, the chopped chocolate and the backing powder. Make some small balls and put them in the oven by 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.

DELICIOUS!!!!

CUPCAKE

For the chocolate cupcakes:

1 cup powder chocolate

1 cup of milk

2 cups of sugar

3 cups of all-purpose flour

3/4 cup of oil

1 tablespoon of baking powder

2 eggs.

For the chocolate cream

1 can of condensed milk

2 tablespoons powder chocolate

1 tablespoon of butter

1/2 cup of milk

Chocolate granuless

Directions to make the chocolate cupcakes:

Mix the chocolate, the flour and the sugar. Put the milk, oil and eggs and mix. Then add the baking powder and put it at the half part of some paper´s forms for cupcakes. Put in the oven by 130 degrees between 0 and 40 minutes.

Direction to make the cream:

In a pan add the condensed milk, butter and the chocolate powder and mix it like "brigadeiro". At the end add some milk and put it at the top of the baked cupcakes and finish with the granuless.

DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!

Capa da escola britânica

Hi People,

Hoje eu recebi uma notícia muito legal! O que acontece é que quando eu estava fazendo o meu curso na Inglaterra eu fui chamada como voluntária para tirar umas fotos para a nova brochura da escola, referente ao ano de 2013, que será distribuída pelo mundo todo. O que realmente me surpreendeu foi que uma amiga, que ainda está na Europa, recebeu seu certificado e junto a ele a nova brochura da escola onde eu sou a capa. Imediatamente ela me enviou uma foto da capa. Olha ela aí.
Today I received  very cool news! What happens is that when I was doing my course in England I was called as a volunteer to take some pictures for the new school brochure for the year 2013, which will be distributed worldwide. What really surprised me was that a friend, who is still in Europe, received her certificate and with it a new brochure from the school where I am at the cover. Immediately she sent me a picture of it. Look it there.

Nem precisa dizer que eu amei!! Está é uma das grandes conquistas da minha vida profissional e a The London School of English só veio me premiar com esta capa.

Needless to say, I loved it! This is one of the greatest achievements of my career and The London School of English came only reward me with this cover.
